Order

28/07/2026 The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, has made a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation to the competent respondents authorities for redressal of his grievances as raised in the present writ petition as regards his transfer order. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that if any representation is received from the petitioner, they will consider the same in accordance with law.

[2026:RJ-JP:29181] (2 of 2) [CW-13373/2026] In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent respondents authorities within a period of seven days from today. In case, any representation is received from the petitioner within the given time of seven days, the competent respondents authorities shall consider the same in accordance with law, considering the disability of the petitioner. The stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 41/ARTI SHARMA
