Order

28/07/2026 The learned counsels for the respondents have raised a preliminary objection that the issue agitated in the present writ petition is within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal (for short ‘CAT’) and, therefore, the present writ petition

[2026:RJ-JP:29270] (2 of 2) [CW-13609/2026] is not maintainable, as the petitioner is having an alternative efficacious remedy of appeal before the CAT. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned counsels for the respondents, the petitioner may be given liberty to approach the CAT. In view of the preliminary objection raised by the learned counsels for the respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the CAT. The stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 57/ARTI SHARMA
