Order
24/07/2026 The restoration application has been filed by the applicant- petitioner for restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8617/2020 to its original number, which was dismissed for non compliance of peremptory order dated 17.09.2025 for not producing the record by the petitioner. Considered the submissions. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the restoration application and restore the writ petition to its original number.
[2026:RJ-JP:28756] (2 of 2) [WRES-281/2026] Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur. On submission the receipt of deposited amount by the counsel for the applicant-petitioner with the Registry, the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8617/2020 be restored to its original number.
