Order
23/07/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this 2nd bail application at this stage, with liberty to file fresh bail application after examination of the Medical Officer, who prepared the medico-legal report of the injured.
