Order
23/07/2026 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order under challenge in this petition has been cancelled vide order dated 07.07.2026 which has been placed on record as Annexure-AP/1 alongwith application No. 1/2026. In view of the fact that the respondent has already cancelled the impugned transfer order of the petitioner, in opinion of this Court, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as pending application/s, if any, also stand/s disposed.
