1. The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length has prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the Competent Authority, as regards his grievances as made in the present Writ Petition.
2. In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the Competent Authority for his grievances as raised in the present writ petition.
