Order
15/07/2026
1. Mr. M.F. Baig, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent No.3-RPSC.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Court deems it just and proper to allow the petitioners to make a representation to the Rajasthan Public
(3 of 3) [CW-10825/2026] Service Commission, as regards their grievances as made in the present Writ Petition.
3. In case, any such representation is received by the respondents from the petitioners within a period of five days from today, same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
4. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission is directed to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioners within a reasonable time, keeping in view the urgency and the issues involved in the present case.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as above.
