Order
14/07/2026 This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order dated 07.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby, the learned Single Judge dismissed the stay application filed by the appellant-petitioner. The learned Single Judge while dismissing the stay application observed as under:- “In the stay application, the petitioner has prayed to stay the impugned order of
[2026:RJ-JP:26509-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-714/2025] termination dated 19.06.2023 which is virtually tantamounts to granting final relief at the interim stage and hence, in that view, the stay application is dismissed.” In our considered view, no error has been committed by the learned Single Judge in dismissing the stay application. In that view of the matter, the present appeal stands dismissed. All the pending application(s), if any, also stands dismissed. However, the appellant is permitted to file an early hearing application before the learned Single Judge. (SANDEEP TANEJA),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J 27/Upendra Pratap Singh/644
