10/07/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length submits that he does not want to press this bail application at this stage. He also submits that looking to the custody period of the petitioner and the relations in between the prosecutrix and the petitioner, the learned trial Court may directed to expedite the trial. In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this third bail application is dismissed as not pressed at this stage. However, looking to the custody period of the petitioner and so also the allegations, trial Court is expected to conclude the trial as early as possible. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 5/Ashish Kumar
