1. This instant bail application has been filed by the petitioner Lokesh Meena S/o Ramswaroop, who was arrested by the police in connection with the FIR No.109/2026 registered at Police Station R K Puram, District Kota City for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 333, 126(2), 115(2), 189(2) of the BNS, 2023.

2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is behind the bars since long. He further submits that the main allegations were against the co-accused persons namely, Rudra Pratap Singh, Bhanu Pratap Singh, Rupendra Singh alias Deepak and Dheeraj Singh who have been enlarged on bail by learned Trial Court vide order dated 18.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 respectively. In view of the same, by maintaining parity with the co-accused, learned counsel prayed that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

[2026:RJ-JP:23432] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-8002/2026]

3. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail application, however, could not dispute the fact that the main accused persons are already enlarged on bail.

4. Considering the fact that co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail, this Court, without making any comments on the merits/demerits of the case and by maintaining parity, is inclined to enlarge the present petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, the instant bail application filed under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is directed that petitioner Lokesh Meena S/o Ramswaroop shall be released on bail, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.

6. The petitioner is further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse liberty granted by this Court. It is made clear that the observation as made by this Court in the bail application will not affect the trial of the case. (RAVI CHIRANIA (V.J.)),J 129/RAHUL KUMAR
