2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no criminal antecedents of having committing any offence of similar or any other nature in past and the total amount involved is approximately Rs.15,549/-.

(2 of 3) [CRLMB-6669/2026] offences are triable by the Magistrate. Therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail as the accused is in custody since 14.04.2026.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the present bail application.
5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced and the fact that offences are triable by the Magistrate, challan has already been filed, the trial will take considerable time and there being no criminal antecedents, this Court is of the opinion that the present bail application filed by the petitioner deserves to be allowed.
7. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner namely Madan Lal S/o Lattulal, arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.75/2026, Police Station- Kundera, District-Sawai Madhopur, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/ (Rs. (iv) In the event the petitioner is found involved in any other cyber fraud case in the future, the prosecution shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned trial Court for cancellation of the bail granted herein. (BIPIN GUPTA (V. J.)),J TUSHAR/10
