1. This bail application has been preferred by the accused- petitioner Wazid Khan S/o Shri Zalil Khan, aged about 23 years, under Section 482 of B.N.S.S.,2023 apprehending his arrest in connection with the FIR bearing No.125/2026 dated 15.04.2026 registered at Police Station Kunadi, District Kota for the offences punishable under Section 115(2), 126(2), 333, 109(1) and 189(2) of BNS, 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegations in the FIR do not disclose the commission of offence, no recovery is required to be effected from the petitioner, therefore, he prays that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

[2026:RJ-JP:23344] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7432/2026]

3. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposes the bail application and submits that there are serious allegations against the petitioner.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

5. The contents of the FIR appears to be serious in nature although the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by granted the benefit of anticipatory bail by the learned trial Court. This Court has perused the order passed by the learned Trial Court in case of other accused persons, however looking to the nature of the FIR, this Court is not inclined to grant the similar benefit.

6. Accordingly, this bail application filed by the accused- petitioner-Wazid Khan S/o Shri Zalil Khan under Section 482 BNSS is dismissed. (RAVI CHIRANIA (V.J.)),J 321/RAHUL KUMAR
