1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since all the offences mentioned in the FIR as well as in the rejection order are bailable, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as and when required, in accordance with law.
2. Permission, as sought for, is granted.
