Order
23/04/2026
1. The petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No. 348/2025 registered with the Police Station Tijara, District Bhiwadi for offences punishable under Sections 3,25 of the Arms Act.
2. Heard.
3. Considered the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The Court vide order dated 10.04.2026 directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer who shall interrogate him and submit interrogation report to this Court. The petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been interrogated, however, the Investigating Officer has [2026:RJ-JP:17314] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5355/2026] reported that the petitioner is not cooperating in an appropriate manner. During the course of interrogation, the petitioner is also said to have admitted to the fact of theft of buffaloes and purchase of illegal arms and selling it to one Bashir.
5. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circum- stances of the case and so also the alleged admission of the ac- cused-petitioner of committing certain offences of theft and pur- chase and sell of the illegal arms, this Court is not inclined to ex- tend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J SHRUTI SHARMA /53
