1. The petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No. 96/2026 registered with the Police Station Kotwali Baran, District Baran for offences punishable under Sections 3, 5, 9,25 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case merely on the basis of the statements of the co-accused, namely Virendra Singh, and a child in conflict with law, Akul Valmiki. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation and that no purpose would be served by sending him to judicial custody.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application and submits that during the course of investigation, it has come

[2026:RJ-JP:17316] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5297/2026] out that the present petitioner who has provided the illegal arms to the co-accused, one of whom is a child, and he has also made arrangements of said arms. He further submits that three other criminal cases are also pending against the accused-petitioner, out of which, two of the offences of similar nature.

4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly the fact that the petitioner is already facing three other criminal cases out of which two of the offences of similar nature and he has been found to be making use of the child in committing the crime like supply of the illegal arms, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J SHRUTI SHARMA /52
