Order

17/04/2026

1. Defects pointed out by the Registry are waived.

[2026:RJ-JP:16292-DB] (2 of 2) [CMAP-19/2026]

2. An application has been moved by the petitioner stating that in the order passed by the Court dated 23.09.2025, the cause title of D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 919/2025 has been wrongly typed, mentioning name of father of Dr. Vrindavan Lal Sharma as M.L. Sharma, whereas the name of father of Dr. Vrindavan Lal Sharma should be B.K Sharma. The application is supported by an affidavit.

3. We, therefore, allow the application and direct that, in the cause title of our order passed in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 919/2025, the name of petitioner No.2 therein, shall be read as “Dr. Vrindavan Lal Sharma, son of B.K. Sharma” instead of “Dr. Vrindavan Lal Sharma, son of M.L. Sharma.”

4. The order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order passed in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 919/2025 dated 23.09.2025.
