1. Matter comes up on an application (CMCC No.506/2025) filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the restoration application, is condoned.
3. Heard on restoration application.
4. The instant application has been filed for restoration of S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.2247/2022, which was dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 26.09.2024, in compliance of per-emptory order dated 25.04.2023 passed by this Court.
5. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2247/2022, is restored to its original number.
