Proceedings through hybrid mode Present: Shri Kailash Tailor, Counsel for the Applicant Shri Rajkumar, Counsel for the Respondent Bank/FI In this Misc. application the relief sought by the applicant for issuance of directions to the bank for deleting the name from the civil suit. The original application which was dismissed is on the ground for such an application, but said order is challenged by the bank before the Hon’ble DRAT and the appeal is pending. Further, the applicant has already approached the Permanent Lok Adalat and Hon’ble High Court Bench at Jodhpur with the same relief. In view of the above, this Misc. Application stands dismissed.
