1. The claim on the bank is Rs. 1,88,765/- in compliance of order dated 18.12.2021 in OA No. 358/2019 connected with SA 77/2019 of this Tribunal as excess amount was paid under SA 77/2019 as the claim under OA was for lesser amount.
2. The Respondent bank has agreed to make payment of Rs. 1,88,765/- within a period of one month from today by means of demand draft payable at Jaipur in the name of the applicant.
3. The bank authority and the applicant have agreed voluntarily with full consent to receive that amount from the bank and the bank to give that amount to the applicant. It is settled that bank does not owe any further amount to the applicant in respect of the above proceedings.

ORDER/AWARD
In view of the statement made by the parties the MA(contempt) no. 29/2023 stands disposed of as settled. In case of default in payment by the bank, the applicant will be at liberty to continue their MA proceedings.
