1. The present appeal has been filed against the order dated October 7, 2021 whereby review application was rejected. We find that the claim of the appellant against the defaulter
2 was rejected by the Defaulters’ Committee Section of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (‘NSE’ for short) by an order of August 13, 2020. This order has not been challenged by the appellant. Consequently, no relief can be given. The appeal fails and is dismissed with no order as to costs. The miscellaneous application is also disposed of.
2. The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a certified copy of this order could be issued by the registry.
