1. The present application has been filed by the appellant seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal as there was a compromise arrived at between the parties outside the Court.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has confirmed the averments made in the application.
3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in light of the submissions made by the appellant, as the compromise has been arrived at between the parties, outside the Court.
