1. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitioner. He raises arguable issues in the Criminal Leave Petition. This Court is of the view that the matter requires detailed examination. In such view of the matter the Criminal Leave Petition is allowed and disposed of. Register the Criminal Appeal. As there is an accompanying interim application for condonation of delay in the appeal as well, the same shall be heard on 16.03.2026.
