CORAM:

HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE BISWANATH SOMADDER, CHIEF JUSTICE

…

ORDER:

Having heard the learned Advocates for the parties, this Court is of the view that the subject matter of the writ petition is more or less identical to the previous matter being, WP(C)No. 48 of 2025, (Ruth Karthak Lepchani and Anr. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of based on the observations made by this Court in the earlier matter; being WP(C)No. 48 of 2025, (Ruth Karthak Lepchani and Anr. Vs. Chewang Dorjee Bhutia and Ors.).
