Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of [\/andamus, declaring the action of the 4th Respondent (Principal, PG College of Law, Basheer Bagh) in collecting the tuition fees from the petitioner at the time of admission under the pretext of cancellation of admission secured by the petitioner through the TSPGLCET 2024 counselling under convenor Quota for the academic year 2024-2025. lt is further prayed that the 4th respondent herein is refusing to accept the Petitioners LLM Dissertation Thesis and denying permission to attend the Viva-Voce scheduled on 2510812026 on the pretext of out-of-pocket fee payment despite being the beneficiary of the Government TS-EPass Scholarship covered under the Backward classes welfare department, direct the respondent to refund the fees paid by the petitioner at the time of admission, and declare the action of the respondents arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, and violative of principles of natural justice.
