Learned Counsel for the petitioner represented that present contempt is filed for violation of Orders dated 23.08.2012 in W.P.No.8170 of 2001, wherein, this Court has directed the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- to petitioner towards retrenchment compensation within a period of two months. However, respondents have not paid the said amount. He further submitted that writ appeal filed by respondents has also been dismissed.
