Petition Under Anide 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to convert the Petitioner's land bearrng plots No. '1 188 to 1193, totaling 1452 square yards, within Sy. Nos. 48 and 49 of Bachupally Village and Gram Panchayat, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District into lake pursuant to the issuance of the final notification/ statement showing the details of the revenue survey numbers falling in the FTL area and Buffer Zone of Errakunta of Bachupally Village and Mandal, Lake lD No.2800/E/17 by atbitatily increasing the total extent of full tank level area of Errakunta lake from Ac. 2.033 Gts. as per HMDA Map to Ac. 3.07 Gts without any basis, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, Article 14, 21

and 300-A of Constitution of lndia and consequently set aside the statement showing the details of the revenue survey numbers falling in the FTL area and Buffer Zone of Errakunta of Bachupally Village and Mandal, Lake lD No.2800lE/17.

Learned coursel for the petitioner submitted that in sirrrilar circumstances, the order dated 21.O9.2026 was passed by this Court in W.P. No.27248 of 2026 and requested similar order may be passed in this writ petition. The said submission is not opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, leamed

Recording tl-re aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of directins respondents No.4, 5 and 7 to conduct joint inspection of the subject properW bearing Plot Nos.1188 to 1193, total admeasuring 1,452 square yards in Survey Nos.48 and 49, situated at Bachupally Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and verify whether the subject propert), forms part of FTL/Buffer zone of Errakunta Lake, by issuing notice to the concerned irrigation and revenue officials, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Until such exercise is done, stttus quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained in respect of the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequei thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand closed.
