This application is filed seeking rectification of the order dated 08.10.2026 in WP No.34055 of 2026 in Para No.5.

There was a rectification that has been pointed out by the petitioner in Para No.5 of the said order insofar as the observation i.e., “against the order dated 03.07.2023” which stands reflected in the said paragraph.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner insofar as mentioning “against the order dated 03.07.2023” which needs to be rectified as “dated 03.07.2023” in place of “against the order dated 03.07.2023”.

The learned Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax appearing for the respondents submitted that he does not have any objections for the said corrections to be made.

Accordingly, the order dated 08.10.2026 in WP No.34055 of 2026 stands modified insofar as where it is Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any.

2 mentioned as “against the order dated 03.07.2023” which shall be read as “dated 03.07.2023”.

With the aforesaid modification, the application i.e., IA No.2 of 2026 stands allowed.
