This application is filed seeking modification of the order in W.P.No.34114 of 2026, dated 08.10.2026.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents No.1 to 4.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and Para-5 of the order dated 08.10.2026 in W.P.No.34114 of 2026 is modified as under: “5. Having regard to the above submissions and, particularly, the fact that both petitioners No.3 and 4 are senior citizens and Petitioner No.4, being 81 years of age, is stated to be in a medically critical condition, petitioners No.3 and 4 are directed to be granted medical parole for a period of two months. Respondent No.1 is, therefore, directed to pass appropriate
