He has no acrive cardiac complaints at present detailed histor.r regarding all comonbiditis was taken and ECG, 2D echo examination done. ECG suggestive of old CAD changes - ()S in III, avII, no acute STT changes. 2D echo suggestive of no RWIVIA, presen'ed LV systolic function and grade I diastolic <ly'sfunction. ,\t presr:nt no active cardiac intervention is required and the patient is advised to follor., up in case +f any new symptoms and further medical management."
