3l: t,ui. of Tejanga_na, AND 1..p. oy rts principal S Finan ce o"p*i*i,ri ]f,T""tffi.:" G overnm en r. ...Petitioner ...Respondents Heard Sri G Jaipath Reddy SVR, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pieader for Services-III appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. taken up for.disposal With their consent, this Writ petition is at the stage of admission itsell 2' Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fiied the instant Writ petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retira-l benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further subrnits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has aiready been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposcd of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition a-lso.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submissions made by iearned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23 138 of 2025 dated 03.09 .2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers ard prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.
5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed bv the
Divisiorr Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the rertiral benefits sha1l carry interest at the rate of lOyo per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of 1ts payment.
