ORDER:
Heard Sri P. Ugender Reddy, iearned counsel for the petitioner: and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itseif.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner' fi1ed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retira-l benefits, desSrite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities lbr payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, ald thus prayed to pass a similar order in t-he present Writ Petition a1so.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll diC not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.
5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons a-like in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the
Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2O2c. this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ernsure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner 1S released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a periocl of six (6) rveeks from todav, failing which, the entire amount urith regard to the retiral benefits sha11 carry interest at the rate of 1O%o per annum, from the date the amount fel1 due, till the actua_l date of its payment Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, sha-ll stand closed.
