Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not considering my representation daled 22-09-2026 for extending necessary police protection for conducting the survey and fixing of survey stones pursuant to the proceedings of the District collector 86 District Magistrate, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, vide Rc.No. E3/222112026, daled 30.07.2026, as ittegat, arbitrary and contrary to law, and consequently direct the respondents to e).tend necessary police protection and security to the Revenue and Survey officials for conducting the survey and fixing the survey stones in Sy.No.152 /A2, admeasuring Ac.23.00 Guntas, situated at Kannaigudem Village, Aswaraopeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, without any obstruclion or interference from the neighboring persons or other persons.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of respondents No.3 to 5 in considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2026 seeking necessary police protection for conducting survey and fixing the survey stones/numbers in Sy.No. 1 5 2l A2, admeasuting Acs.23.20 guntas, situated at Kannaigudem Village, Aswaraopeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudern District - TNID.J W.P. No.3l(r97 oi 2026
2. Heard lealncd counsel fbr the petitioncr and Sri D. Pradeep, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home, appearing tbr respondenrs No. I to 5
3. Leamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that, on the representation made by the petitioner to conduct the survey for fixing the boundaries to the subject property, the Distlict Collector uide Rc.No.E3 1222112026 dated 30.07.2026, directed the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, to conduct the survey and submit an action taken report, with an intimation to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner apprehends that, when the survey is undertaken, the neighbouring tribal persons may obstruct the survey proceedings and therefbre, the petitioner has made a representation dated 22.09.2016 seeking police protection for the officials concemed to conduct Lhe survey peacefully
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. on oral instructions, submitted that, if any representation or request is received from the survey authorities regarding obstruction to the )

5. Having regard to the submissions made by leamed counsel on either side, this Court deems it appropriate to observe that, if any request for police protection is made by the survey authorities or the petitioner herein that obstruction is being caused by any persons in the conduct of the survey, the respondent police shall consider such request/information and provide necessary police protection, in accordance with iaw, to enable the survey authorities to conduct the survey peacefully.
6. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
