ORDER:
Heard Sri B. Bhagath Sain, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the materia-1 on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned counsei for the petitioner submits that the petitioner frled the instant Writ Petj.ticn questioning thc action of the: respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral benefits, despite token numbers having aiready be':n raised by the responclent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.
3. I.earned counsel for the petitioner lurther submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court i'n W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uid<z order dated O3.O9I.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also'

LearnedAssistarrtGovernmentPleaderforServices-Illdid not clispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W'P'No'23138 of 2025 datecl 03.09 .2025 and submits that the respondents will release the ia.mounts on a priority basis of the token uumbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders'
5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reas()ns alike in the order dated 03.09'2025 passed by the
Division Bench of this Court in W.l,.No.23l38 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner 1S released AS expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, tailing which, the entire amount with regard to the retira-l benehts shall carry interest at the rate of 7Oo/o per annum, from thc date thc amount fell due. til] the actua-1 date of lts payment. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. Tl-rere shall be no order as to costs.
