Heard Sri D. Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, Iearne<l Assistant Gorzernment Pleader for Services-lII appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their ccnsent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage cf admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner s ubmits that the adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in petitioner hled the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral benehts, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been W.P.No.2313B of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, arid thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.2373a of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers ald prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders IEET

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reas(rns alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.p.No.2313g of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amoltnt payable to the petitioner is released as expeCitiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from todav, failing which. the entire amount with regard to the reti:al benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annLrm, from the date the amount fell due, tilr the actual date of its prryment.
