ORDER:
Heard Sri B. Bhagath Sain, learned counsel for the petitioner. learned Assistant Government Pleader ibr Sen iccs -lll appe:aring lor the respondents and perused thr: material on record. With thcir consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned counsel for thc pctitiorrcr subnrits that the petitioner filed the instant writ petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral benehts, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.
3. Learnedcounselforthepetitionerfurthersubmitsthatthe lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division. Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23i38 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O}.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W'P'No'23138 of 2025 dated03.og.2025andsubmitsthattherespondentswillrelease the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers ald prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders'

To, Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retira,l benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOZo per annum, from the date the amount fell due, titl the actual date of its pavment Miscellaleous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
