Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed the copy of e-mail dated 05.10.2026 sent by Principal, Ansar Arabic College whereby intimation was given for attending the selection of Assistant professor of English on 28.1O.2026. Learned counsel for the petrtioner submits that since the original certificates of the petitioner are with held by the respondenL No.2, pelitroner u,ould not be in a position Lo attend thc intervier,r, thereby the petitioner would loose employment opportunity and sought to pass appropriate orders.

4. Learned Assistanl Government Pleader appearing lor respondent No. 1 submits that respondent No.3 vide letter dated 29.03.2O 19 had addressed to respondent No.2 institute to comply the guidelines of the AICTI'.

5. Though notice was served on respondent No.2, there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2 either physically or virtial m ode.
