ORDER:

Heard Sri Sunkari Vamshi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and learncd Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents and perused the materia-l on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondenl.s in not rcleasing the petitioner's retiral - benehts. despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the peti [ioner

L<:arned counsel for the petitioner lurther submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudir:ated bl the Dir.ision Bench ol this Court in W.P.No.23138 ol 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the prcsent Writ l)etition also

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Divisiorr Bench of this Court in W.p,No.2313g of 2025, this Writ -

Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possibie, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of LOoh per annum, from the date the amount fe11 due, till the actua-l date of rts payment. Miscellaneous petitions p'ending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
