Petition under Arlicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of respondents in demanding / charging water charges and corresponding sewerage Charges to CAN No.620523233 at 5 times the normal tariff rates as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of Art. '14

and 21 of Constitution of lndia and consequently restrain the respondents from raising the water bill at 5 times the regular tariff and threatening the residents of the Apartment bearing GHIMC No. 12-2-830/1 7 and 12- 2-830t18, Hitl cotony, Muradnagar, Hyderabad with disconnection of water and sewerage connections.

Petition under Section 15'1 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to disconnect the water and sewerage connection to the Apartment called "H:aven Hills' bearing GHMC No. 12-2-830117 and 12-2-830118, Hill colony, Heaven" Muradnagar, Hyderabad having CAN No. 620523233 and to revise the water bill with the regular tariff pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

Grievance of the petitioners is that respondent authorities are not considering their representation dated 22J9.2026 for rectiffing the water bill charges relating to CA]'l 1io.o20523233 in respect of subject property and threatening to discoruect the water connection vide disconnection rrotice dated 18.09.2026.

.1. As innocuous relief is sought by the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.5 to consider the representation dated 22.09.2026 for rectifluing the water charges related to CAN

No.620523233 in respect of the property bearing H.No.l2_2_

830/17 and 12-2-830/18 situated at Hill Colony, N{uradnagar, Ftyderabad, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all other concemed,/

interested persons, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date o1'receipt of a copy of this order. Till completion of such exercise, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners. No costs.
