Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Sub Treasury Officer without reference to Crime No. 13/RCT-ACB-KN22019 in C.C. No.2012022 which is pending before the Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases at I(arimnagar District in respect of the complaint pertaining to the year 2019, pending disposal of WP No 32843 of 2026, on the file of the High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).
