2. Show-cause notice dated 22.08.2026 was issued to the petitioner stating that petitioner constructed building in the Plot No.26 (Westem Part) in Survey Nos.Q, 10 and 13 situated at -

4. Learned standing counsel for CMC' submitted that in compliance ofthe general directions issued by this (lour1 by order dated 29.04.2025 in W.P. No.12889 of 2025, building has been sealed by Municipal authorities, as the petitioner r,r'as proceeding with unauthorized construction of 3'd, 4'h and 5'h floors on the subject property.

5. Learned standing counsel for CMC submitted that this Court disposed of W.P. No.18424 of 2026 by order dated 17.06.2026by imposing costs on the petitioner therein and prayed to grant similar order by imposing reasonable costs on the petitioner herein.

6. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to unseal the Stilt + two (2) upper floors of the subject property. However, the sealing on unauthorized 3'd, 4ft and 5ft floor shall continue. Further, petitioner shall submit application seeking regularization of unauthorized structures made on the Plot No.26 (Westem Part) in Survey Nos.S, 10 and 13 situated at Krishna Reddy Enclave' Neknampur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, within a period often (10) days from the date ofreceipt ofa copy of this order. On receipt of such application, respondent Nos.2 and 3, as the case may be, are directed to consider the same, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks thereof, subject to the condition ofthe petitioner depositing costs of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) to the Cyberabad
