ORDER

Alleging that respondent No.3 is repeatedly calling the petitioner through Ph.No.9052552188 without there being any complaint against the petitioner, this Writ Petition has been filed. Z, Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a case in FIR No.343 of 2026 dr.05.06.2026 of S.R.Nagar Police Station, W.P No.33234 o12026 Hyderabad District which has been registered against the petitioner and charge sheet has also been filed therein and yet, the petitioner is now being called repeatedly to the police station by the respondents without there being any involvement by the petitioner in any other case.

3. Sri D. Pradeep, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home representing respondent No.4, on oral instructions, submitted that respondent No.4 has not called the petitioner to the police station and srnce charge sheet is filed, the petitioner is not being called in conrrection with FIR No.343 of 2026. As regards respondent No.3, he seeks time to get instructions.

4. In view of the same and particularly the charge sheet has already been flled in FIRNo.343 of 2026, there is no cause to the respondents to call the petitioner to the police station. Respondent No.3 is therefore directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in connection with FIR No.343 of 2026 of S.R.Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad unless there is any other case registered against the petitioner.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
