ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a suit for specific performance in O.S.No.156 of 2026 was filed before the Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, Hanamkonda. Temporary injunction order was sought for in IA.No.764 of 2026 restraining the respondents/defendants from alienating the suit schedule property. The trial Court was not inclined to pass ex parte order and vide impugned docket order dated 16.09.2026 urgent notice was issued to the respondents and the matter was posted in 16.10.2026.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that taking advantage of the same, the respondents are alienating the rr- suit schedule property. The very purpose of filing injunctlon application will be defeated, if long dates are given. The trial Court ought to have given a shorter date instead one month date is given. Thus, the petitioner has been put to hardship.

4. The order impugned is passed on 16.09.2026 and since 14 days have already lapsed, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in the civil revision petition.

5. The civil revision petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application for advancement of hearing in IA. No.764 of 2026 and as and when such application is filed, orders shall be passed by the trial, in accordance with law, considering the urgency involved in the matter. The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs. //TRUE COPY//
