3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner – accused is falsely implicated in the case. As per the remand report there is no seizure of any object and however in the remand report LW10 allegedly seized the hand kadiyam belongs to the petitioner – accused and forcibly took his confessional panchanama while the petitioner – accused was in police custody, which clearly shows that the alleged seizure is only to rope the petitioner – accused into false case. Petitioner – accused is arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 28.08.2026, since then he is in jail. Entire investigation is completed and prayed to enlarge the petitioner – accused on bail.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the role played by the petitioner – accused is depicted in the remand case diary and prayed to dismiss the petition.

5. Marripelli Sandeep has lodged a report before the PS Korutla, Jagital District on 28.08.2026. It is stated in the complaint that on 27.08.2026 at about 21.30 hours the accused came to the complainant and abused him in filthy language while holding a beer bottle. When the complainant questioned the accused as to why he is abusing him, the accused with an intention to kill the complainant removed the metal bracelet (kadiyam) from his hand and assaulted the complainant on his face, causing an injury to

his right eye. Basing on the said complaint FIR came to be registered under Section 109 of BNS.

6. Petitioner – accused is arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 28.08.2026, since then he is in jail.

7. Medico legal report of the injured produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor goes to show that complainant has received one simple injury with blunt object.

8. Remand case diary goes to show that the respondent has altogether examined 10 witnesses. It appears from the record that major portion of the investigation is completed, detaining the petitioner – accused in judicial custody will not serve the purpose. Therefore, the petitioner – accused is entitled to be enlarged on bail subject to the following conditions: i. The petitioner – accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Junior Civil Judge – cum – Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kortula. ii.
