ORDER:
When the matter was called on 28.11.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, in spite of the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, none appeared for the petitioner as well as the respondents.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
