This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Deepak Misra, Counsel for the petitioner and of Sri N.Bhujanga Rao, Deputy Solicitor General of lndia Counsel on behalf of the Respondent No.1, and Sri M.P.Kashyap, Counsel for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following: ORDER This application is filed to set aside the order dated 31-t -2025 and to restore the Writ Petition No.20799 of 2003 for hearing the same on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that WP.No.20799 of 2003 was dismissed for non - prosecution on 31-7-2025. For ttre reasons explained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petiti<>n, this Application is allowed. Accordingly, W.P.No.20799 of 2003 is restored to its file.
