ORDER:
I-learcl Sri K.Srinivas, Iearned counsel for the pelitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the respondents and perused the material on recor,1. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petiti,tner 111ed thc insLant Writ petition questioning the action of the respondents in not reieasing the petitioner,s retiral benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O}.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition a-lso.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W'P'No'23138 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and, submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders'
5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03'09'2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W. P. No.23 1 3 8 of 2025 ' this Writ
To Petit:.on is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entrre amount payable to the petitioner is released as experlitiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benehts shall carry interest at the rate of 10Zo per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actua,l date of its pzryment. Miscellaneous petitions pending. if alv, in this Writ Petition, sha11 stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. SD/.
