Notice before admission.
Issue notice to respondent No.4.
Learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration takes notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, waives further notice and seeks time to file counter affidavit.
In view of the waiver, Registry is directed not to take out notice to respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent No.4 by speed post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service in the Registry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No.4 straight away filed an Execution Petition vide E.P.No.886 of 2025 in A.R.B/C.F.No.580 of 2024 before the VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, which is in violation of Rule 55 of the Telangana Chit Funds Rules, 2008 and contrary to the order passed by this Court in CRP.No.1989 of 2024 dated 17.10.2025.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings in
