It is submitted that as per available records ol Urban Land Ceiling ([ILC) list under Section 10(6) of the Urban Land Ceiling Act 1976, the subject property has been included in the prohibited properties list as Khariz Khata - Govemme.t land under Section 22-A(1)(b) of the Registration Act 190g.

Leamed counsel for the petitioners submitted that reply/

As and when such reply/objections are submitted, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all other concemed/interested persons, within a period of twenty one (21) days thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
