The alleged substance is recovered from the possession of Accused No.1 and the petitioner-A2 is implicated basing on the confessional statement of Accused No.1. Accused No.1 was enlarged on bail by this Court on 01.09.2026. Entire investigation is completed and prayed to enlarge the petitioner-A2 on bail.
