Lunch Motion is made seeking urgency to the grant of interim bail for a period of 10 days.
Notice is given to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor at about 03.00 p.m. and he instructed the concern to get instructions with regard to the marriage of own sister of the petitioner-A3, which has to be performed today [11.09.2026] at 09.00 p.m. but could not get the same.
The matter is called at 04.15 p.m., and the information is awaited from the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Again the matter is called at 05.50 p.m., the instructions are still awaited.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has given undertaking that if the information furnished by the petitioner – A3 with regard to the marriage of his own sister today [11.09.2026] at 09.00 p.m., is false, action may be taken according to law.
Recording the undertaken given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner – A3 for two days i.e., from 12.09.2026 to 13.09.2026. The Superintendent, District Jail, Kandi, Sangareddy, is directed to release the petitioner – A3 viz., Shaik Sharif on 12.09.2026 at 10.00 a.m. The petitioner – A3 shall report before the Superintendent, District Jail, Kandi, Sangareddy, on 14.09.2026 by 10.00 a.m., after availing the said period. The petitioner – A3 shall not indulge in any criminal activities during the said period.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is allowed. Crl.P.No.15002 of 2026
